My dear, i know there are things that is going through your life right now but
just so you know.. i hope everything goes well for you. Because i know the feeling of losing some one dear to you
and i really don't want you to feel that pain and mostly seeing them in pain right before in your eyes while you can't do anything. It is very hard and especially for a brittle person like me. You can do it!! I hope the best for you and i hope he can get better c: ♥ *huggles*

Chibi is life!

Now, the way you drew her looks like she's fidgeting about how she looks and it gave a lot of factor on the cuteness because of it. You also used a few color tones and made a very good compliment with the blue, purple, pink and peach which is quite an intriguing sight to see (specifically the blending and gradient technique you used). Compared to some of your chibi arts that wink also, I guess this is much more livelier than the previous ones you made. Also, I think you made a lot of thinking and adjustments when you were making this art. Why? It took you 2 hours to finish but that's a good thing. Not rushing your artworks gives more attention to details that you want to add on the current piece even for a simple looking character such as this one.

Overall I'd say you have the skills, talent and lovable persona to reach this kind of level that everyone respects and enjoys (not to mention envious ones that like to copy the same art and style but I guess its all up to the person himself).
